  • You have to pay 20% of vet fees for dogs over the age of 8 and cats over the age of 10.
    Maximum age for new policies is 7yrs for dogs and 9yrs for cats.
    Can insure from age of 6 weeks (unless bought from licensed breeder in which case can insure from 8 weeks.
    Optional death benefits.
    Includes behavioural treatment, dental treatment and diet food (to dissolve bladder stones)
    Will not pay for euthanasia , burial or cremation.

  • The following complementary therapies are included in the policy

    Physiotherapy (included in vet fees rather than complementary therapies)
    Herbal medicine
    Chiropractic manipulation
    Hydrotherapy is limited to 10 sessions for each injury or illness
    The cover limit for complementary therapies is £1,000 per annum.

  • The standard vet fees excess is £100 for dogs and £85-£115 for cats.
    The excess for complementary therapy fees is £75
    The excess for third party liability claims is £250
    There is a 20% contribution payment for dogs over 8 years old and cats over 10 years old.

  • The maximum age for new policies is 7 years old for dogs and 9 years old for cats.
    Once dogs reach 8 years, or cats 10 years, you will have to pay a contribution payment of 20% of the treatment costs.
    Death benefits where the pet dies as a result of illness are only paid for dogs under 8 years and cats under 10 years.
