This page provides details of feedback we received in our 2014 Claims Satisfaction Survey in which we simply asked customers how satisfied they were with the way in which their claim was dealt with. All reviews are from policyholders who made claims during the period 1st October 2013 and 30th September 2014.

"Took a month to pay vet direct, after me chasing them. Put a 30% veterinary contribution fee on claim. Only good thing is monthly premium has not gone up too much."

I have only just received one payment for my own vet - I am still waiting for the payment for the over night vets (I had to do two separate claims. They say the majority of claims are settled within 20 days I am still waiting since Aug 16th.

"I had to wait for many weeks to be paid out, the usual excuse was that they were extremely busy with claims and that had caused a back- log. I only put the claim through my vet once which was embarrassing as my vet rang me many weeks later to explain that they had not received payment of which I had to follow up with the insurance company that stated that they had never received the claim."

"Form easy to fill out, vet completed and sent off with all forms. Would have preferred for vet to have billed insurance company directly but payment into my account made reasonably promptly"
