This page provides details of feedback we received in our 2014 Claims Satisfaction Survey in which we simply asked customers how satisfied they were with the way in which their claim was dealt with. All reviews are from policyholders who made claims during the period 1st October 2013 and 30th September 2014.

My dog had to be put to sleep on the first day of this years insurance. LV refunded the months insurance I had paid. Settled my claim for nearly 2k without charging or deducting anything for this years insurance. I think most insurers would have deducted the years insurance from the claim

My older dog has had serious blood disorder and subsequently pancreatitis. LV have paid out a lot ofmoney with no quibble. however this time premiums have gone up quite a bit which I expected really. They kept them down for 2 years though and only have a reasonable excess with no percentage premium added on to claim like other companies do. They also had no age limit on taking their insurance out as I changed to them only 3 years ago.
