This page provides details of feedback we received in our 2014 Claims Satisfaction Survey in which we simply asked customers how satisfied they were with the way in which their claim was dealt with. All reviews are from policyholders who made claims during the period 1st October 2013 and 30th September 2014.

"I have never claimed anything before and they were very helpful, they sent out the relevant forms quickly and paid out without any qualms. I filled in the form that was sent and the vet filled in her bit, I paid in full and was reimbursed less the excess. There was an option for the insurance to pay directly but as the vets wanted to charge me £30 for doing so plus the excess I chose to pay at the time of the consultation."

Claim taking longer to go through than normal

"They pay out quickly, but it is an ongoing claim since 2013 so they are used to the claim form coming in every 4 to 6 weeks."

"Claim paid reasonably promptly, only didn't give a 5 due to the fact that they send out a letter for every little step of the process which I thought was excessive and a waste of paper and money."
