  • You will have to pay 10% of all vet fees.
    Includes cover for prescription food for up to 4 weeks for a specific incident.
    You can choose to increase the excess in return for a lower premium.

  • Debenhams will pay for the following complementary therapies.

    Hydrotherapy (limited to 12 sessions)
    Chiropractic treatment
    Herbal medicine
    This is included within the vet fees cover limit.

  • The standard excess is £75 per accident.
    You will also have to pay 10% of the vet fees (contribution payment).
    You can choose to increase the excess by up to £125 in return for a lower premium.
    The excess for third party liability is £100.

  • There is no maximum age for taking out a new policy.
    There are no higher excess payments or contribution payments. (You will pay a contribution of 10% whatever the age of your pet.
