This page provides details of feedback we received in our 2014 Claims Satisfaction Survey in which we simply asked customers how satisfied they were with the way in which their claim was dealt with. All reviews are from policyholders who made claims during the period 1st October 2013 and 30th September 2014.

Very slow

Have made a few claims and always pay up direct to vets fairly fast. Usually well within a month.

"Not really impressed with the original phone call, far too many questions before they were even prepard to send a claim form then when they paid out they pointed out that they were not paying what I expected even after excess. The claim was submitted through the vet but after I had paid the bill at the surgery."

Although I had to pay the vet and then the insurance company paid me they were fairly quick and didn't mind that I had already started the treatment before I let them know.
