  • You have to pay 10% of vet fees for all pets over 5 years old. For some breeds you have to pay a 10% excess for pets of any age.
    You can increase the excess up to £210 in return for lower premium.
    No separate limits for complementary therapy.
    Will not pay for special diets or behavioural treatment (unless caused by insured accident).
    Includes travel cover for up to 30 days to EU countries which are members of the PET Travel Scheme.

  • Complementary therapy cover includes

    Physiotherapy

    Hydrotherapy (maximum 5 sessions) Acupuncture
    Osteotherapy
    Homeopathy
    Herbal Medicine
    Chiropractic Manipulation.
    There is no separate cover limit for complementary fees. They come out of your vets fees limit.

  • Standard excess is £85 per condition.
    This can be increased by up to £150 in return for a lower premium.
    You have to pay 10% of vet fees for all pets over 5 years old. For some breeds you have to pay a 10% excess for pets of any age.
    The excess for third party liability claims is £100 for incidents occuring in the UK and £250 for incidents occuring in the rest of the EU.

  • There is no age limit for taking out new policies.
    There is no increase in excess or contribution payments (10% contribution applies to pets of any age).
    No death benefit as a result of illness is paid for dogs 9 years or older or cats who are 11 years or older.
